Once upon a time Legacy said

I graduated cum laude from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and taught in elementary school for twenty-two years. Now I write stories and articles for children and teens. My five novels for young adults, Rebel in Blue Jeans, Listen to the Ghost, Secrets I Have Kept, Just Breeze, and Caves, Cannons, and Crinolines, are out in trade paperback. Five more are under contract.

I'm a graduate from the Institute of Children's Literature. I have been published in several small online e-zine's, and a few small press anthologies.

I live in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, and I just love being a writer.

I am a recent graduate of the Institute for Children's Literature. 

I write children's poetry and fiction.

I also dabble in adult fiction and poetry.

My poetry has been published in Parent:Wise Austin and Hazard Cats.  I have two children's puzzles pending publication in Puzzlemania.  A few of my haikus have been published in Soft Whispers' Seventeen Syllables anthology and three of my children's short stories can be viewed on smories.com.

I am currently working on a YA fantasy novel.

I live in northwestern NJ with my husband, John and our kitty, Cashmere.  I am  the very proud mother of Amanda, a US Marine.

I'm extremely creative aim to inspire those especially those who inspire me.. I'm always seen on the streets of NYC with a book in the crook of my arm. I love to laugh and make other people laugh My favorite book of all time is Evermore by Alyson noel. I love the color purple.I am a zumba instructor and dancer as well as writer by morning and night.I have a publsihed short story "The magic of forgiveness," in static movements faery anthology. I am a mother of a 4 year old little boy named Caleb.  He is the light of my life and the joy of my heart!  The love I have for him is what inspires me to write.  My first book - I Love You to the Moon - is coming Fall 2011.  Being a mother is the greatest gift and blessing of my life!  I love to read, write, sing gospel music and spend time with my family.
